Scope and operator
This draft describes the account preview. The data controller's legal identity and registered address are awaiting confirmation. The current project contact is info@adamiani.ai. Registration remains closed pending completion of these details and legal review.
Account information
The account flow processes your email, authentication credentials through Supabase Auth, account type, display name, preferred language and optional country. A provider application also includes professional name, specialty, registration details, website and review status. We record the document version, language and time of your account acknowledgements.
Access and purpose
Account information supports sign-in, your private workspace and provider review. Other patients cannot read your account profile through the account interface. Provider applications are available to authorised administrators for review. Technical hosting and authentication services also process the data needed to operate the site.
Services and AI
Vercel hosts the website; Supabase supports authentication and the account database. The existing site's email flow uses Gmail SMTP; the account confirmation sender is not yet configured. The optional public AI chat sends messages and recent conversation context to OpenAI. Creating an account does not automatically send your profile to OpenAI. No medical-document storage is offered at this stage.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your display name, country and preferred language in your account. Contact info@adamiani.ai to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about data use. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled. Depending on applicable law, additional rights and a right to complain to a supervisory authority may apply.
Items to complete before launch
Retention periods, purposes and legal bases, international transfer safeguards, processor arrangements, request deadlines and the relevant supervisory authority must be confirmed before public registration. Account authentication uses session cookies. This draft does not represent a completed compliance assessment or consent to unspecified processing.
