A private identity
Patients can choose a display name. A display name does not make an account fully anonymous: an email address is still required to sign in. Other patients have no access to your private account profile.
Clear choices
You should be able to understand what is available now and what is planned, read applicable documents before accepting them, and ask questions. AI use is optional and is not required to create an account.
Patient responsibilities
Keep account access secure, communicate respectfully and do not submit another person's private information. Medical documents and identifiable case histories must not be submitted in this phase. Discuss medical decisions with a qualified professional.
Provider responsibilities
Supply accurate professional details and act only within your authorisation. Registration alone does not establish professional verification. Provider review is a platform process and does not guarantee clinical quality or treatment outcomes. Changes to professional details can require another review.

Report inaccurate information, privacy concerns or misuse to info@adamiani.ai. Adamiani is not an emergency channel. Case visibility controls, provider offers, messaging and consultation rights will be explained before those features launch.
