Planned dates use Tbilisi time; each new phase starts on its shown date. For analysis, the purchase date determines the discount, only once the service is ready. For subscriptions, the rate is set at the start of each new billing period and applies to the full monthly or annual charge. Paid periods never change. Founding subscribers follow the lock below. This schedule does not automatically activate payments or change access.
A founding price for 12 months
Doctors and clinics registered before 3 January 2027 keep their actual initial discounted rate for 12 months from the first payment, on the same plan with an uninterrupted subscription. Annual billing covers the first full year. This lock does not apply to one-time patient analysis.

No. Paid services are not connected yet. Registration does not start a subscription or charge you. We will announce when purchases open.
What remains free?
The basic patient plan is intended to remain free, with up to 3 conversations per request once the new limit is active. Today the free limit is 1. The shared pilot does not give each new account a fresh 90 days.
Is there a monthly patient subscription?
No. The model is free basic access plus optional $79 analysis for one request. There is no separate paid conversation pass.
Will I receive five proposals?
The package can compare up to five proposals; it does not guarantee five replies. Before purchase you will see what material can be analysed.
Who sees my request?
Sharing follows current consent and approved-provider access rules. Private conversations and request visibility are separate. Choosing individual request recipients is planned and is not activated by this page.
Is analysis a medical second opinion?
No. It compares information and sources and helps prepare questions. It does not diagnose, certify documents or guarantee treatment quality. AI analysis, file upload, booking and video remain planned.
Does the price include treatment?
No. Medical consultations and treatment are agreed and paid directly with the provider. Adamiani takes no percentage of treatment costs.
